Paradise lost

" A performance through photography " says the artist about the series " Paradis perdu ". This series as a sculpture of time is a paradox which places us into the narrative, seizing a single moment.
At first sight we find slowness and softness which lead us to examine more carefully the scene that unfolds the moment where elves comes of a kind of utopia.
Are they simply playing? Or pixies absorbed in a labors of senseless occupations. These clones of the artist, these recurring features sketches are they ready to remain infinitely small in immensity.
This work like a scene which open up through a magnifying glass, projects drawing us into the object, in a sensual visual proximity which offers an almost physical, geographical voyage into an intimate and foreign space, towards an unknown dimension.
It is only capable of infiltrating a reality which we know complex and imperceptible.
